About Matthieu

Matthieu joined Fittingbox adventure in 2013. For the past 10 years, he’s been developing new skills: as a matter of fact, Matthieu has been promoted Head of Sales & Customer Success in 2018.

Today, his main objective is to maintain and continuously further the relationship between Fittingbox and its customers. To achieve this, Matthieu works hand in hand with his team of 6 employees to ensure that our customers are constantly satisfied with the solutions they use, and assist them in every way they need.

What he loves about Fittingbox

What made Matthieu want to join Fittingbox was the opportunity to work in a young, dynamic company where the actions of employees actually have an impact. According to Matthieu, the friendly atmosphere that reigns in Fittingbox offices and the trust that is placed in employees (such as working from home or having flexible hours), make each person even more involved in their work. His greatest achievement at Fittingbox

During his 10 years of experience, Matthieu has seen Fittingbox grow tremendously. So, his greatest achievement within the company is to have been able to see the Customer Success team come together, evolve, and thrive on a daily basis, in a friendly atmosphere and by providing real added value to clients.
